CA-250 Aerating cooker is capable of cooking syrup with higher or lower aerating percentage, and is able to increase cooking chamber for condensed milk additive. The cooked syrup from aerating cooker has good quality due to high precision of temperature control. CA-250 Aerating cooker is suitable for milky and cream article, nougat, marshmallow, and candy bar process.
